Description

Ultrafloor (aust) Pty Ltd is a privately-owned company that is totally focused on providing the construction sector with an innovative precast concrete flooring system that is both cost-effective and efficient.

The company was established in 1990 at a time when it was apparent that the traditional method of forming suspended concrete floors had many disadvantages. The system has been progressively developed and after exhaustive testing both in-house and by independent bodies we now have a unique product that has gained great acceptance in the industry.

Within ten years Ultrafloor® has become the leading supplier of precast flooring in Australia with offices in all major centres and factories in three locations. This dramatic growth has been achieved partly as a result of the inherent advantages of the system and partly as a result of the high emphasis placed upon providing a quality service to our customers.

The significant advantages of the Ultrafloor® system are:

  • Reduced lead time
  • Reduced construction time
  • Following trades start sooner
  • Reduced costs i.e. less labour, less concrete, less steel reinforcement, less wastage
  • Structurally efficient offering a high load/span capacity and a reduction in the building weight
  • Wide range of beam sizes available and inherently flexible for structural detailing
  • Excellent fire resistance and acoustic properties
  • Offers complete package including a design and detailing service. Workshop drawings are fully certified and need not be signed off by customer.
  • Improved quality by manufacturing off-site under strict factory controlled conditions
  • Company is accredited to ISO 9001
  • Reduced exposure to OHS risks
  • Environmentally friendly being produced from sustainable materials, using no timber and minimising site waste
  • Can be supplied from stock unlike other precast systems
  • Complies with all Building Codes and is a nationally accredited system.
The construction industry is highly competitive for all participants and the Ultrafloor® system provides an option that rewards those willing to innovate.
